Courses, Retreats & Travels

We run courses and retreats in different parts of northern Sweden, for example Karesuando  in northernmost Lapland, offering shamanic teachings  and spiritual development. We tailor our courses to your requests.

Camp Faravid near the village of Suijavaara is ideal for increasing our spiritual awareness in nature. Be inspired by indigenous cultures who go on solitary journeys into the desert, forest or mountains to find answers to life’s big questions. At Camp Faravid we’ll have the opportunity to do the same, turning our attention inwards and gaining the insight needed for further development. We’ll explore the Luongastunturi mountains with sweeping views of Finnish and Swedish Sápmi. 

Timberchine is a remote cottage in the village of Suijavaara. We use Timberchine as our headquarter when we do hikes to explore the environment around the village. The simplicity of sleeping in a lavvu- teepee, sauna baths. ceremonies and shamanic teachings around the fire brings connection and joyfulness and other insights of our being.

Our Culture and Spirituality, Karesuando in Sweden

Warmly welcome to 6 days in Lapland, in the small village Karesuando, to meet the magic of the North, our Nature with me Lena Greus.

We will guide you through activities like ceremonies, meditation and Sami spirituality. We will mix the activities with for example hiking in our beloved primeval wilderness and finding our way to a healing spring.

The Awareness Retreat, Suijavaara in Sweden

Camp Faravid, in the forest near the village of Suijavaara in Sweden, is ideal for raising our spiritual awareness of nature. Be inspired by indigenous cultures who experience solitary journeys into the desert, forest or mountains to search for the answers to life's big questions. At Camp Faravid we'll have the opportunity to do just that, turning our attention inwards and gaining the insight needed for further personal development.

We will be staying in a wooden jurta, sleeping on reindeer skins for 4 days in our beloved primeval wilderness. This allows us to disconnect from the cyber world, enables a digital detox, and lets us reconnect with nature.
We also offer activities like;

• Meditation sessions
• Circles around the fire
